In a spacious and welcoming environment, we offer classical Pilates workouts in both private and semi-private sessions performed on Gratz equipment - built from the original design of creator Joseph Pilates. Regardless of age, fitness level or body type, our experienced instructors tailor workouts for you. Whether you are recovering from an injury, cross training for your sport or want to improve core strength, flexibility, posture and alignment, your sessions will help you achieve your goals. We offer a comprehensive teacher training program through Metropolitan Pilates as a satellite studio, and provide mentorship to apprentices and new teachers.
